Looks good to me, I think I would like mine short too. Less hassle.
Looks really good. Never liked sourdough. I have been on discord and Skype. Wound up having to get an Iphone because of work, everything else was clunky and unreliable.
Nicely done. No bread from that starter yet?
i have made some loaves of bread, but none that i am super happy with the look of.
