because it's cold out and also because the kind of playing outside i do very likely has me marching through snowbanks or crawling on the ground, i have to suit up.if it's four degrees out your enjoyment of creeping around in the snow is increased by wearing good longjohns underneath your goretex ski pants and gaiters from knees to toes.
problem is that it takes a long time to get dressed.

Yeah. Takes even longer to dress two squirming children. Summer has its benefits . . .
I suit up like that to just walk the dog!
kristin, i confess: sometimes when i'm taking fifteen minutes to get dressed to go outside for just ONE of me, i think of you.
and unlike the times when you talk of sauerkraut or whatever delicious thing you have made, when you talk of squeezing children into cold weather garments i do not envy you.
